Susan Briggs Consulting (SBC) is a project management and consultancy service specialising in vocational education and training, and quality and compliance issues.

We develop systems and resources relating to industry standards, accreditation, competency-based training and assessment, workforce development and business and compliance management.

Services are largely provided to the tourism, hospitality and events industries but we have worked on complex issues for other industries. We offer services at national, state and enterprise level and have completed assignments for a range of industry bodies and registered training organisations.
